10 week indoor Powercamp

Kits Energy is excited to announce our partnership with Cadence Cycling Studio. As our first initiative we would like to introduce the first ever Kits Energy Winter Training Program, on their brand new Stages bikes.

This 10 week progressive training program will be designed and coached by Facundo. Coach Gregg will be filling Facundo’s shoes when he is away. Our ultimate goal is help you have your fastest season yet. The program will be based on Watts and the workouts will be high intensity intervals, to give you an extra edge before our outdoor cycling season has even started!

The class is open to all fitness levels, however a basic knowledge of Power Meters is recommended. If you currently don’t own a power meter this is your chance to get your feet wet and learn without having to invest in one. If you already train with power, you know what you are in for. Be prepared for an intense workout every week.

Space is limited to a maximum of 26 riders so don’t wait too long to sign up. We expect this class to sell out soon.

If you are ready to sign up, please scroll to the bottom for instructions of where and how to do this.

The highlights

On the first day, you will become familiar with the bikes, learn how to pair them with your own device (not required) and complete a test to set your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). You will then learn how to calculate zones from this number, which will be used for every workout. On the last day, you will again complete a FTP test. This will not only be a measurement of progress, but also an important value to have going into our regular outdoor cycling program. If you miss the first class, it will be up to you to do your own test at home.
