This camp is open to ALL fitness levels. Facundo will be using POWER, HR, and RPE to help you determine your effort level.
You do NOT need to be a Kits Energy Member to Register, so please tell your friends so they can join you for a mid-week ride.
How does it work?

Starting the first week of January, I will post the week’s class onto a private Youtube playlist. Each week, a new class will be added so by March 20th, you will have a total of 11 classes. You can do them on your own time and repeat the classes as many times as you want. 9 of the classes are taught by Facundo and 2 by me
