Kits Energy is a constantly evolving fitness entity, owned and operated by me, Kristina Bangma. The business has followed me through my life journey. I bring my 20 plus years of experience and knowledge into every personal and group training session.

Every Coach and Personal Trainer that works under the Kits Energy name has a broad background of experience and training, and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with you. We are endurance athletes with successful racing careers, but that is not our only measure of success. True success happens when the lessons learned in the pursuit of a goal results in healthy habits that you will continue to use throughout your life and lifetime.
