IN-Person Small group Strength Training
This 6-week strength training program is designed to build leg strength for cycling, but is also excellent dryland training for downhill skiing, as well as cross-country and skate skiing.
Each class is limited to only 6 participants so Kristina can tailor the workouts to the participants and offer corrective coaching and immediate feedback to each person. Once you register, send me your training goals and anything specific you need to work on and I will be sure to add it to the program.
This class is an intense workout and is not appropriate for those with knee or hip issues or injuries. If you are unsure whether this class is appropriate for you, please contact Kristina.
Everyone who registers for the first 6 week class will get first opportunity to register for the 12 week session starting in January.
