Kristina has over 25 years in the fitness industry and a lifetime of passion for endurance sports and fitness. Her experience and qualifications include coaching triathletes, cyclists, and runners, as well as training clients of all ages and fitness abilities.

Elaine has over 25 years experience training and racing long distance events including 9 Ironman events and 40 marathons. She has also 9 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Elaine strives to keep the workouts interesting, challenging, and engaging for her clients.

Located at 3313 West Broadway, on the corner of Blenheim. You can find lots of free parking under the gym and on the street in front as well as on the streets all around the gym.

VIRTUAL with Kristina— ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO BE
Virtual Personal Training is convenient and accessible to everyone. All you need is a bit of floor space and a few bands for a high quality workout.
Training virtually saves money, reduces travel time, and allows you to train during quarantine or when travelling.
How does it work?
STEP 1
Schedule a call with Kristina to assess whether or not we can help you with your fitness goals.
STEP 2
Book your first appointment with Elaine or Kristina and agree on payment, terms and conditions.
STEP 3
Meet your Trainer (in-person, or virtually) to review goals and complete a fitness assessment.
STEP 4
Follow a personalized training program designed for you, starting with where you are at now.
STEP 5
Your Trainer will continually reassess your progress to keep you challenged and moving towards your goals.
