Refund on Services

All services must be paid in full before the date of service. There are no refunds on services which include, but are not limited to, personal training, group training, virtual membership, cycling club membership, winter power camp, workshops, or one on one coaching. For any group coaching, you will not be reimbursed or provided credit for any sessions you miss.

Exceptions are made case by case and upon review. Please contact Kristina with your request.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We require 24hrs notice to cancel all private coaching or personal training session. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full.

Gift Cards

Gift cards hold a monetory value and can be used as credit for any service Kits Energy Offers. There are no refunds for gift cards.

Exchanges or Refunds on Product

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kristina@kitsenergy.com and you will receive a return address for the exchange. This offer remains valid for up to 60 days after the product has shipped.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send us an email at kristina@kitsenergy.com and we will provide a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product can not be mailed outside of Canada.
