IN-Person Small group Strength Training

 

This class is a fall/winter training program designed to build leg strength for cycling, but it also covers the much neglected muscle groups like core and upper body. This class can also serve as dryland training for downhill and cross-country/skate skiing.

Each class is limited to 14 participants so Kristina can tailor the workouts to the participants and offer corrective coaching and immediate feedback to each person. Once you register, send me your training goals and anything specific you need to work on, including any injuries or chronic issues.

This class is an intense workout and is not appropriate for those with knee or hip issues or current injuries. If you are unsure whether this class is appropriate for you, please contact Kristina.

Everyone who registers will get first opportunity to register for the successive sessions.
